Job Description

– Check-in & Check-out Guest: Brief Staff House procedure during
– Luggage: Receive luggage from Staff and store in the luggage
room. Issue the luggage from the store room and record then in
the logbook.
– Ensure room is in perfect condition before the staff checks-in.
Bedding must be fresh, furniture must be in place. All cupboards
and drawers must be empty. Floor must be clean and dry.

– Change linen whenever a guest check outs and weekly for the
same guest.
