Have the ability to perform ultrasound examinations including grey scale and Doppler studies of all parts of the body and be able to interpret them adequately. Proficient with the modality of imaging employed for and be able to efficiently explain the entire procedure to the patient. Responsible for the radiation exposure of the patient and take up responsibility for the same.
Bachelor Degree in Radiography or its equivalent.
Minimum of (3) three years continuous, recent experience (post-graduation) with ultrasonography.
Additional experience with any other modality such as plain film radiography or fluoroscopy would be desirable.
Knowledge / Technical Skills:
Ability to adequately scan a patient and interpret the images.
Apply the radiation safety precautions and principles to patients and staff being exposed to radiation.

Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter
