Our client, a commercially driven leading semi-government entity in Dubai is expanding their HR team and looking for an ‘all-round’ HR Manager. The role reports to the COO and will manage two HR specialists which support the business across aspects of HR from on-boarding to development and everything in between. This is an expanding business with stunning offices, good benefits and great working environment. The role would be ideal for someone who’s looking to take a step up in their career.

Duties & Responsibilities

– Maintain and enhance the human resource objectives, through strategic planning, and evaluating employee relations, human resources policies, practices and procedures
– Closely work with Senior leadership team (SLT)and provide recommendations on expansion and development of HR strategic and operational matters
– Understand the HR market best practices and provide recommendations to SLT on HR policies and procedures
– Coordinate and handle the entire cycle of Performance Management from setting the Objectives till Year-end appraisals
– Identify and implement initiatives to deliver organization development essentials
– Provide and review the necessary training and development recommendations for all staff and facilitate employee career development
– Analyse the Manpower Budget at Organizational level and participate on Annual Manpower Budget exercise in coordination with SLT
– Continuously update the organizational structure in line with the Manpower Budget and Organizational changes
– Support entire cycle of Compensation & Benefits functions such as Market Survey participation, Analysis, Process of Bonus, Increment, Promotion in line with policy
Client requirements

– Ideally, the successful candidate would have 8 years all-round HR exposure, however, the client will be flexible to look at five for someone with the right attitude & willingness to learn
– The ‘must-have’ areas of HR include; performance, L&D and employee relations
